Whilst imprint does amazing work their work ethic is completely trash. Their quality of work is amazing, but if youre looking for a headache theyre the perfect ones for you. I wish theyd actually complete projects within allotted timeframes. For a graphic design company they never seem to be open during their business hours at this specific location;Ive gone there numerous times during suggested business hours and no body was there. They also lack communication skills when it comes to articulating the current status of your project. Also, if youre looking to get anything done in a haste this isnt the place for you. I also never knew that graphic designers never created markups(or at least just this specific place). Im not understanding how they expect to have customers buy or pay for a product in which they havent seen a markup off. If its something youre going to need in months by all means utilize them, but just a heads up as I stated in the beginning collectively as a team need a better work ethic. Would definitely recommend you call the business line before wasting your time going up there, but I doubt theyll even answer that.

They are really awesome ! I needed shirts done for my daughters party within a week and they made it happen !! I told them my vision and they brought it to live. I would definitely do business there again !!!
